Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Cost: We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Total delivery time: All orders typically arrive within 2 to 9 business days. This includes our handling time and the carrier’s transit time.
- Processing time: Orders for stock items are processed within 2 business days (Mon–Fri). Build-to-order items have specific lead times noted on the product page.
- Cutoff time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the same day.
- Transit time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
Delivery and Tracking
- We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- We currently ship only within the United States.
Using Your Own Shipping Account (Expedited)
We offer the option to ship via your corporate UPS or FedEx account if you require expedited delivery. Select the "Expedited Using Customer's UPS/FedEx Account" option at checkout and provide your carrier name and account number in the order instructions. We verify all account numbers prior to shipment.
Damages and Issues
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at staff@krexil.com within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.
