At Krexil, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we are here to help.
Returns
- Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We understand that you may need to open the box to inspect the item.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items.
- Pack Securely: Please use the original internal padding to prevent transit damage.
- Exclusions: Custom-made items, such as laser-engraved backstops, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status within 3 business days.
- Processing: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Krexil will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery to report any damage.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For size or preference changes, please return the original item and place a new order.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
