Effective date: July 28, 2026
Krexil LLC warrants to the original purchaser that all Krexil products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of delivery. This Limited Warranty is not transferable.
Warranty remedy
If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Krexil will, at its option, repair the product or defective part, replace the product or defective part with a new or refurbished equivalent, or refund the purchase price of the affected product if repair or replacement is not reasonably available.
What this warranty does not cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and consumable items, including blades and other replaceable wear parts; damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper maintenance, or use outside the product instructions; damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or non-approved replacement parts; cosmetic damage that does not affect operation; or indirect or consequential losses, including lost materials, production time, or profits.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact Krexil at staff@krexil.com or 551-600-1400 with your name, order number, shipping address, product model and serial number if applicable, a description of the issue, and photos or video that help show the problem.
Krexil may provide troubleshooting steps before authorizing a return. Do not return a product without written return instructions from Krexil.
Service location
Warranty service is handled remotely and, when appropriate, at Krexil’s facility. Krexil does not provide on-site warranty service.
Other rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
