Cut drawing paper for classroom projects to optimal size from roll stock.
Sheet window film and laminates into workable sizes.
Keep classroom stations stocked with consistent paper sheet sizes.
Cut table-cover paper into repeatable sheets for events.
Prepare deli, sandwich, and butcher paper sheets for fast counter service.
Cut tray liner sheets that fit cafeteria, bakery, and food-service trays.
Cut absorbent paper sheets for cages, trays, and animal-care cleanup areas.
Use the same machine for common roll-to-sheet jobs across paper, film, packaging, food-service, classroom, and production workflows.
The console features six easy-to-use buttons and a convenient display, allowing you to easily view and adjust your settings for optimal performance.

The carriage moves the blade smoothly through the material, ensuring precise cuts with each sheet. Designed for continuous operation, the operator can start the next cut while using the current sheet, improving throughput.
No training is required. The straightforward control panel makes it accessible for any user in any setting.
By cutting only the exact length needed, this machine helps reduce scrap, making it more cost-effective than traditional manual methods.
An Extension is available to increase the roll diameter capacity up to 16 inch diameter on the 12 to 36 inch models.
A Just-In-Time sensor is available to further automate your cutting workflow by detecting when a cut sheet is present or removed. Once enabled in the machine's controller, the cutter automatically feeds and cuts the next sheet the moment the previous one is taken - keeping output moving without operator intervention. This eliminates the buildup of cut sheets at the output and provides a highly efficient workflow.
A Mark sensor is available for cutting printed rolls into sheets at a specific cut mark. It synchronizes cuts at printed marks at the edge of roll material by optical recognition. This is used for paper posters, photographs, film packaging, etc.
In the two videos we demonstrate the time saved in wrapping and void fill.
Note: Videos show earlier models. Current machines have several improvements and are shown above.
The Krexil paper roll-cutting machine offers versatile roll dispenser and roll-to-sheet paper cutting machine, providing a quick and efficient way to speed up your process. It ensures cleaner cuts for a professional appearance, reduces the need to order and store a variety of pre-cut sheets, and simplifies procedures by allowing for the specification of optimal sheet sizes.
ASSEMBLY: For packing security and economy the bars and motors may be shipped in separate boxes. Assembly requires a screwdriver.
